Building Consultancy is composed of highly experienced building surveyors, quantity surveyors, and project managers. The team provides a comprehensive range of services, including dilapidations, expert witness reports, condition surveys, planned preventative maintenance, programme management, project monitoring, listed building surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, party wall matters, and defect diagnosis.
